We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you otherwise wish to cancel your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund within 1 working day upon receiving goods. please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team (Monday - Thursday 9am - 8pm, Friday 9am - 6.30pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm Excluding Bank Holidays.).

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us at our distribution centre within 3 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit/gift card used.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 3 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.

Please Note: We will not provide refund if goods show signs of broken seal. 

Limitation of Warranties; Defects

Organic  Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd warrants that goods will conform  to their description on your order. This warranty is exclusive. We  exclude and disclaim all other warranties related to the goods, their use or  failure, including, but not limited to, express warranties and implied  warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and  non-infringement of any intellectual property right. Organic Technique  Aesthetics Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any special, indirect,  incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost profits or injury to individuals,  that are caused by, that relate to, or that arise out of any of the goods,  their use or failure.  If any goods are defective, then your exclusive remedy  as a customer shall be Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd’s replacement of the goods for no  extra charge. In no event shall Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn  Bhd 's liability for defective goods exceed the price of the  goods If you believe any goods are defective or nonconforming, they you shall give Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd prompt written notice of the alleged defect or nonconformity (not later than 3 days after becoming aware of the defect or nonconformity) and at Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn  Bhd 's election either return the goods to Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd, make the goods available for inspection by Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn  Bhd or its agents at your place of business or destroy the goods (before or after the date of any inspection). Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any defect or nonconformity in the goods that are created after the goods are shipped from Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn  Bhd.


Please inspect all packages at time of delivery and, if damaged, note on the DHL or FedEX driver's delivery receipt when you sign for it , contact DHL or FEdEX by phone to report it directly to them, and then contact us so we may process your claim. DHL or FedEX will send someone to inspect the package. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking your order, leave the box and contents as is, save all of the packing material and contact DHL or FedEX to arrange an inspection of your package, and contact us so we may process your claim. In the unlikely event of a container leaking, leaked contents will be replaced or a credit issued at our discretion. All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported to Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd within 7 days of acceptance of package. After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn  Bhd liable.

If the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online; we are unable to process returns for purchases made within a partnered retail location.


 Skincare products cannot be returned because once shipped we can no longer guarantee the integrity of the products for our customers. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced by Organic Technique Aesthetics Sdn Bhd, depending on the warranty. Durable goods that are not opened and are in sealable condition may be returned. A 50% restocking fee will be charged on domestic orders and a 50% restocking fee on international orders will be charged on all returned items. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. If your order is unclaimed or undeliverable to you and is returned to us by the carrier, original and return shipping charges and the designated domestic or international restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Email us for a return authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization and items returned without authorization will be refused. We will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit. Authorization numbers should be posted on the outside of the package, near the return address. Please request return authorization numbers within 3 days of delivery and return it to us within 7 business days. After that time the product will no longer be accepted and sale is considered final.

In the event we make an error, we  will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay  for the return shipping costs on domestic orders. Should we omit an item on  domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage  provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery.  You agree to carefully inspect  all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement within 3 days of  receiving the goods.  Boxes and packing material should be  retained until after you have spoken with Organic Technique Aesthetics staff.   On orders shipped internationally, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund  for the defective or shorted merchandise.
